Human Normal Peripheral Blood Leuko Pak
Leuko paks are collected from normal peripheral blood donors via leukapheresis utilizing Terumo’s Spectra Optia next generation apheresis machine in acid-citrate-dextrose formula A (ACDA). The donor’s white blood cells are selectively collected and the remaining blood is reinfused to the body.
Certain products are only available in select territories. Please contact us for availability. The lead time for normal healthy donor leuko paks is one week. They will be delivered within 12-24 hrs of draw. Monday delivery can also be arranged for a fee. For inquiry, please contact us at info@humancellsbio.com
Our human normal peripheral blood leukopak is obtained by apheresis from healthy donors that are negative for HIV, HBV, and HCV. All of our donors are fully consented and IRB approved.
HumanCells’ leukopaks are for in vitro research use only, not for clinic use / in vivo use.
Full/Half/Quarter Pak
The normal peripheral blood mononuclear cells are collected from healthy donors in full/half/quarter collection sizes. For the full leuko pak about 12-15 blood volumes are processed using the apheresis machine and about 80 ml of autologous plasma is collected at the same time as the mononuclear cells.
